Patrick Horan, son of founder Dick Horan grew up in the auto industry. He spent his high school years washing cars and learning the business from the ground up. Breaking away for a few years to run a College Pro Painting franchise until the opportunity arose to become the intern for the office manager. Patrick enjoyed the internship so much that he morphed into the service advisor position while he was finishing his degree in business from Keene State College. Being the service advisor for over 10 years, Patrick learned what it took to put the customer first. In 2015 Patrick took the role of president. Patrick enjoys spending his weekends skiing the mountains of New England in the winter and the summer trying to play golf, (IE not very well).
Rich is an ASE Master Technician with L1 Advance Engine Performance Specialist Certification and Bosch Master Technician. Service manager Richard St. Jean has been in the automotive industry since 1978. He has been a proud member of the Precision Imports team since 1986. Rich’s years of experience makes him an invaluable member of the team. Rich a father of two enjoys spending his time doing projects around the house, walking, bicycling fishing and hunting.
Josh Wetherbee has been in the automotive industry since 1996. Josh has 10 years of experience at a VW dealerships. A part of the Precision Import team since 2008. Josh started his adventure with us as a technician who was a vital member for 10 years. Josh is an ASE master technician who graduated from the New Hampshire Technical Institute (known as New Hampshire Community Technical College at the time). In the fall of 2018 Josh became the new service advisor at Precision Imports. Josh is a dad of two who enjoys spending as much time as possible on Baboosic Lake fishing and kayaking. Josh is an avid fisherman, whether it is at his local lake, up in Maine or down in the Florida Keys.
Office manager Gretchen Booth has been in the automotive industry since 1973. A graduate of Marietta College has been a valuable part of the team at Precision Imports since 2005. Gretchen’s vast knowledge of the workings of a successful auto repair facility makes her a valuable member or the team. Gretchen a mother of 3 enjoys tending her large vegetable garden and reading in her free time.
Ralph is an ASE Master Technician with L1 Advance Engine Performance Specialist Certification and Bosch Master Technician. Shop Forman Ralph Alio has been in the automotive industry since 1991. A graduate from the Denver automotive and Diesel College. Ralph has been part of the Precision Imports team since 2005. Ralph is an active member of his community and serves on the Benson park committee. Ralph enjoys antique motorcycles and riding his motorcycle as often as he can.
Technician Nate Clark has been in the automotive industry since 2007. A graduate of Manchester Community College and an ASE certified technician, has been a part of the Precision Imports team since 2013. Nate is an avid motorcycle enthusiast who every year plans a different long distance road trip where he averages 2500 miles in a week. All summer long, you can find Nate on the roads of New England enjoying the great scenery we have to offer.
Peter Gelinas started working in the automotive industry in 1996. He started his professional career in 2000. A part of the Precision Import team since March of 2017. Pete worked as a VW master tech which paved the way for him to become a European car specialist. A father of 3 Peter is very busy outside of work. Being an eagle scout, Pete is proud to be the cub master of his sons scout pack. In Pete’s down time he enjoys hiking, dirt bike riding, camping and working on his own project race car. Pete’s favorite vehicle is the Bugatti Veyron. Pete has been with us for over a year and is a great addition to the Precision Imports family, we are lucky to have him.
Dick Horan has been in the automotive industry since 1970. Graduate from The New Hampshire School of Technology in automotive repair. As a prominent member of the community Dick Serves on the NHTC-Manchester automotive steering committee, The MHT automotive committee and the NHADA board. He is a certified Bosch Master technician with level 1 certification. Dick is excited to start a new chapter in his life watching his son take over the role of President. He is now teaching automotive at Manchester technical college two days a week and can be heard on his own radio show Talking Cars with Dick and Ron on Thursday morning on WFEA at 9:00A.
Nelson Brooks lost his battle with cancer on 2/28/14 and will always be a teammate of Precision Imports. Nelson who was part of the Precision Imports family for over 10 years was a knowledgeable and valuable technician and human being. He is missed by all who knew him.
